All BLH Computer locations offer flat fee repair including any parts currently in stock. Our normal turn-around time is 2 business days with expedited service available for same day service. We handle virus\spyware removal and protection, as well as hardware installation and configuration.

We can also repair power jacks. Power jack repairs are not gaurunteed to be sucessfull because of the type of damange that occurs when a jack breaks. Due to the amount and nature of the work involved, power jack repairs are not warrantied, and no discounts are given if the repair is not sucessfull. You may still choose to the abandon the machine and no charge will be given. We keep the most common types of power jacks in stock. If your jack is in stock, the usual turn around is around one week. If your jack is not in stock, it can take up to several weeks for the part to arrive because most jacks must be ordered from overseas.

All labor falls under the flat fee of $100 in Springfield, Jacksonville, Taylorville, and Decatur.

The expedited service is $50 for all locations.

BLH also offers a backup service for $50 at all locations.
