Sorry for the length of this, but we have had many problems and this attempts to answer the questions before problems begin to arise. Please read the following statement so you know our position on Items, Payment and Shipping. Please call us with any questions (217) 585-1580
- ITEMS and GENERAL INFORMATION
- All items are believed to be in working order, however are sold as is unless "tested" or "guaranteed" is stated in the auction.
- Warranty items terms and conditions are listed in our warranty page
- If you are not sure about something please ask, do not assume anything
- The items include everything listed in the auction and nothing more
- Leaving negative feedback will possibly result additional charges for replacement and warranty repairs. Please read our warranty page for this information on things that will void the warranty
- We are not responsible for items not working with your system, please do your research.
- We reserve the right to cancel an auction (completed or otherwise) with anyone at any time for any reason
- Most problems can be solved with a phone call, please feel free to contact us at our toll free anytime
- PAYMENT
- PayPal is the only method of payment accepted
- Failure to make payment within 5 business days will result in auction being voided.
- We do file Non-Paying Bidder Alerts and Final Value Fee Credits which can result in suspensions from eBay
- If you make payment after 5 days, your item may not be available and you payment will be returned
- If auction is voided Negative or Neutral feedback will be left, and reason will be given
- All feedback comments are reciprocated
- Leaving negative feedback voids all warranties
- SHIPPING and HANDLING
- All shipping is done by UPS for US Shipments and USPS for International and P.O. Boxes
- All shipments will leave from 1832 Stevenson Dr. Springfield, IL 62703
- Shipping charges are posted in the auction, and are non-negotiable
- There are no refunds for shipping or packing
- Shipping time is NOT guaranteed unless by the courier
- Items are shipped as quickly as possible, if you feel it is taking too long please notify us by phone
- USPS shipments (P.O. Boxes and International) can take up to 5 business days to leave the warehouse. It is impossible to track an international shipment.
- Items damaged or lost in shipment must be reported within 3 days of receipt to blhinc@blhcomputers.com, we are not responsible for damaged or lost shipments. This is what insurance is for. We will not cross ship
- All items are checked before being shipped. If your package is opened, damaged, or missing parts you must report it within 3 days of receipt.
- If you receive an incomplete shipment you must let us know, we cannot send you the missing parts unless you call. DO NOT leave negative feedback hoping to get a faster response, please read our warranty information regarding this.
- Any item received that is DOA will be handled through our warranty policy. If the auction is sold as is then a claim will be filed through the shipping agent.
- USPS -- We will not handle insurance thru the US Postal Service. We will insure the item, but you are responsible for claims. Our warranty does not cover damage in shipping. If the insurance claim is denied you must file with the postal service.
- Anything needed to be returned is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping charges will always be billed to the buyer
- This is an auction and all sales are final. Anything being returned is the responsibility of the buyer and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Illinois Residents: a 6.25% tax will be added to your purchases
